A place for community

The Lagoinha Viseu app brings together church information, contact options, Growth Groups, prayer requests, and registration services. Please use this space respectfully, thoughtfully, and with accurate information.

Registration and access

You may browse public content without CRM access. Team areas require authorization and personal credentials. Protect your password and use other people’s details only for tasks authorized by the church. Local autofill memory does not create an account or verify identity.

Forms and responsibility

Review your details before submitting, even when a form is already filled in. Avoid enabling remembered details on a shared device. Parents or guardians should oversee children’s registrations where the service requires it. Do not submit offensive or unlawful content, or other people’s information without permission or another appropriate basis.

External services

Links may lead to external group platforms, apps, social networks, and theological education services. These services have their own terms. Church information may be updated by the administration; check dates, availability, and the specific conditions of each activity.

Event participation

Submitting a registration or making a payment does not confirm your place; team approval is required. Once approved, your individual pass includes a QR code for admission. Before paying, review the event’s conditions, dates, fees, and cancellation or refund guidance. Canceling a registration in the app does not automatically return funds; the team must handle the payment through the original method.

Pastoral care and availability

The team receives prayer requests, but an immediate response is not guaranteed. This is not an emergency service. For urgent situations, contact appropriate local services. The app may undergo maintenance or become temporarily unavailable.

Privacy and updates

Services follow the Privacy Policy and your storage and analytics choices. Relevant updates will appear on these pages with a revision date. These terms do not limit your statutory rights. Please contact the church with any questions.
